The Services are provided by The Only Awareness, located at The Only Awareness, Shandil Niwas, Basal Road, Near HFCL, Chambaghat, Solan, India. As a Life Coach, I (Dr. Rajesh Kumar Shandil) am committed to providing valuable guidance and support to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. Please read the following Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully:
1. Service Cancellation:
1.1 Once you have enrolled and made payment for our online life coaching services, the service is considered initiated.
1.2 In the event that you wish to cancel the service, please notify us as soon as possible. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. Such notice may be given, in person, by email, mobile phone, text message and/or fax, or by any other means, and will be accepted subject to written confirmation. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of that service to cover any administrative costs.
1.3 Please note that once the service has commenced, no cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1 As a Life Coach, my commitment is to provide you with valuable guidance and support based on my expertise and experience. However, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results as they depend on your efforts, commitment, and individual circumstances.
2.2 Therefore, refunds will not be provided for any payments made for our online life coaching services, as the value of the coaching lies in the time, knowledge, and effort invested in providing the services.
3. Exceptional Circumstances:
3.1 In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen events or emergencies, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 Any refund requests under exceptional circumstances must be made in writing within 7 days of the service initiation date.
3.3 We reserve the right to assess and determine the eligibility for any refund in exceptional circumstances.

4.1 If you have any questions, concerns, or disputes regarding our Cancellation and Refund Policy, please contact us promptly to address the matter.
